Singapore Post 9, next to the Presidential Palace, belongs to the central core area, with the Tomek MRT interchange and the intersection of three MRT stations in front of the house, occupying a land area of about 4796 square meters.

There are two 9-12 storey buildings with 188 private residences, developed by the famous Singapore developer CDL, belonging to the 99-year land lease and expected to be delivered at the end of 2022.

Haus On Handy is located at a distance of less than 200 meters from Plaza Singapura with many stores and restaurants where residents can taste the cuisines of different countries.

The apartments are conveniently located on Orchard Road, one of the busiest areas in Singapore. Residents are just 200 meters walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT, three major MRT lines including North-South MRT line, North-East MRT line and MRT Circle Line.

In order to revive Orchard Road Singapore and enhance its competitiveness, Singapore Tourism Board, Urban Redevelopment Authority and National Parks Board have announced plans to revitalize Orchard Road. The 3.2km long Orchard Road revitalization plan is divided into two main themes:

1. to make Orchard Road a lifestyle attraction.

2. Showcasing the past orchard history of Orchard Road through plants.

The 3.2km long Orchard Road, from the East Tomb to Tome Court, will be developed into a lifestyle destination in the future, allowing visitors to enjoy new experiences at every corner.

The Singapore government also held a public exhibition and consultation on its plans to revitalize Orchard Road, attracting more than 1,500 Singaporeans to voice their opinions. Most of them suggested opening up more green spaces and building pro-family facilities.

In the future, visitors to Orchard Road will be able to enjoy the unique scenery of the city's gardens via a six-kilometer long green link road that goes all the way from the Botanical Gardens to the Presidential Park, Fook Hong Ning Park and then to the Singapore River.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore and the National Parks Board plan to convert the section of Orchard Road in front of the Singapore Lion City Building and the Singapore Presidential Palace into a pedestrian walkway. The former Orchard Road lane is planned to be diverted to Penang Road so that the outdoor spaces of the Presidential Palace Park, Dome Green Park and Penang Road will be seamlessly connected to form a refreshing oasis located in Orchard.

The planned revitalization of Orchard Road will certainly add value to the real estate in this area.
