Advance data released by real estate market trading networks SRX and 99.co showed that overall resale HDB prices rose 0.9% month-on-month and 10.4% year-on-year in November. Of these, prices of all types of HDB flats except condominium flats generally rose: three-roomed rose 1.3%, while four-roomed and five-roomed flats rose 1% and 0.7%, respectively. However, prices of condominium units fell 2.8% from the previous month.
In terms of transaction volume, the total number of HDB flats resold in November was 1,951, down 9.6% from October. In addition, a total of 87 HDB flats were transacted for at least $1 million in November, a decrease of 16 flats from the previous month. The Toa Payoh area had the highest number of million-dollar HDB resale flats, with 20; Redhill and Kallang-Whampoa had 10 transactions each.
