Figures released by the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) show that developers sold 470 new units, including executive condominiums, last month, a decrease of almost 15 per cent month-on-month.
The most popular private property was Terra Hill in Pasir Panjang, where 97 units were sold at a median price of $2,699 per square foot.
The best-selling executive condominium was Tenet in Tampines, with 24 units sold at a median price of $1,399 per square foot.
