432 new private residential units sold locally in February

Abstract: A total of 432 new private residential units were sold locally last month, almost 10% more than the previous month.

Figures released by the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) show that developers sold 470 new units, including executive condominiums, last month, a decrease of almost 15 per cent month-on-month.

The most popular private property was Terra Hill in Pasir Panjang, where 97 units were sold at a median price of $2,699 per square foot.

The best-selling executive condominium was Tenet in Tampines, with 24 units sold at a median price of $1,399 per square foot.
