Abstract: The HDB will be working closely with building contractors to complete the projects on hand as soon as possible without compromising on safety and quality.

National Development Minister Lee Chee Sing said the HDB delivered more than 20,000 HDB flats last year, the highest number in five years.

In a Facebook post, National Development Minister Lee Chee Sing said that starting next year, the authority aims to reduce the median waiting time for new pre-purchase of HDB flats to three to four years, and by 2025, it aims to complete all projects that have been delayed due to the coronary disease epidemic.

Another 22 housing projects are expected to be completed this year, with a total of 20,000 units, according to Lee Chi Sing.
