Abstract: Local private flat resale prices rose for the 28th consecutive month, while transaction volumes continued to fall, according to unofficial estimates.

A joint estimate released by property websites 99.co and SRX shows that overall private resale prices rose by 1.1% month-on-month and 10.8% year-on-year in November.

 

Private resale prices rose in all regions year-on-year, with the Central region registering the largest increase at 2.7 per cent.

 

In terms of transaction volume, an estimated 1,124 units changed hands last month, a decrease of 9.4% month-on-month and a 30.4% year-on-year decrease.
