Abstract: Unofficial data shows that local HDB resale prices rose for the 29th consecutive month, with a slight decrease in million HDB transactions.

The latest estimate released jointly by real estate website 99.co and SRX shows that the resale price of HDB flats rose 0.6% in November compared to the previous month; a 10% year-on-year increase.

 

Resale prices of HDB flats in mature areas edged down 0.1%, while resale prices of HDB flats in non-mature areas rose 1%.

 

In terms of transaction volume, 2,140 units changed hands last month, up 8.9% from the previous month and down 17.3% year-over-year.

 

In addition, a total of 26 HDB flats changed hands for millions of dollars last month, a decrease for two consecutive months.
