Since its debut in September 2019, Cuscaden Reserve has successfully sold 12 apartments, averaging $3,625 per square foot. Its relaunch in March this year has controlled prices between $2,900 to $3,000 per square foot, representing a reduction of approximately 20% from its initial launch prices.
