The CONQUAS assessment is divided into six levels, with Level 1 representing the highest quality. The assessment is done mainly through on-site inspection and measurement of all aspects of the building project, covering the building structure, surface finishes, mechanical and electrical equipment and ventilation, and plumbing systems.
The assessment results are expressed in the form of scores, with a maximum score of 100, with higher scores indicating a higher level of quality and compliance with code requirements for construction projects. The assessment results will also provide a detailed report of the quality issues and recommendations for improvement in the project.
Currently, SCB has uploaded the Building Quality Assessment Index grading results for 110 developers, 76 builders, and 350 private residential projects (completed in the past six years, and those under review) to the Quality Housing Portal (QHP) for public access.
