Abstract: Locally, 1,038 new private residential units were sold last month, a 17% increase over April.

Data from the Urban Renewal Authority shows that when executive condominiums are included, 1,055 new private homes were sold in May, up 16 percent month-on-month.

Local 1,038 private residential units sold last month

Developers launched a total of 1,595 private residential units last month.

Among them, The Reserve Residences, a new private housing project in Bukit Timah, was the most popular, with 523 units sold at a median price of $2,461 per square foot.
