This month, the HDB will offer nearly 3,000 pre-owned HDB flats in Tengah for purchase, with a waiting time of just over three years to receive the keys to the flats.

These two projects account for more than half of the approximately 5,500 units available for sale in May, said a release from HDB. About one-third of these projects are five-bedroom HDB flats.

Of these, Parc Meadow@Tengah had about 2,000 units available for purchase, with a waiting time of less than three and a half years, the shortest ever for a pre-order HDB project, while Plantation Verge had about 970 units available for purchase.

Including these two projects, HDB has launched more than 21,000 pre-purchased HDB flats in Denga since November 2018, which represents about 70% of the approximately 30,000 HDB flats in Denga.

Despite the coronary epidemic affecting construction works, more than 70% of the pre-purchase HDB projects in Denga have a waiting time of only four years or less. HDB is also on track to launch 23,000 new HDB flats this year and 100,000 more between 2021 and 2025 for buyers to apply for.
