Abstract: The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a single consortium to bid for a lot in Toronto Gardens.

A consortium comprising GuocoLand and Intrepid Investments, a subsidiary of Fung Lung Holdings, submitted a bid of about $486.8 million, equivalent to a plot ratio of $10,600 per square metre, the URA said in a release.

The 99-year leasehold lot has a total gross floor area of 45,921 square metres and will allow for the construction of about 530 units.

 

The URA will announce the results of the bidding after the assessment.
