One of the bidders, Pre 20, submitted two bids with completely different concepts, according to a statement issued by the Urban Renewal Authority and the Ministry of Health.

The authorities will announce the results of the tender after evaluation.

The URA and the Ministry of Health invited tenders for the site in the residential area of Lok Sai in September last year.

According to the earlier announcement, the site has an area of more than 12,900 square metres and a total floor area of more than 18,000 square metres.

Of this, at least 60% must be used for residential units and public space, and at least 20% must be used for health and medical care purposes, including a nursing home with at least 100 beds.
