Figures released by the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) show that new units sold in November fell by about 17 per cent month-on-month to 259 units.
When executive condominiums are taken into account, developers sold 445 new units last month, a sharp drop of about 45 per cent from the previous month.
The best-selling private residential project last month was Riviere at Riviere Court in the Ribad Bali area, with 19 units sold at a median price of $3,024 per square foot.
For executive condominiums, the top seller was Copen Grand, the first executive condominium project in Tengah Newtown, with 176 units sold at a median price of $1,323 per square foot.
