It is close to the Flora Road MRT station and Holland Village MRT station on the Circle Line. On the other hand, the lowest price-per-square-foot transaction in the development this week was a 1,851 square foot four-bedroom unit at The Gazania. It sold on April 3 for $2.97 million ($1,603 per square foot). This is the lowest price ever paid for this development.
Located on How Sun Drive in Serangoon, The Gazania is a 250-unit freehold condominium in District 19. It is being developed by Singhaiyi and is due for completion in 2022. Nearby are the Circle Line subways of Bartley and Serangoon.
The development has a mix of one to four bedroom units ranging in size from 441 sq ft to 1970 sq ft. The most expensive unit sold in the development sold for $3.78 million ($2,041 per square foot). This was a 1,851 square foot, fifth floor, four-bedroom unit. The development sold 23 (15%) units in the first sales weekend in May 2019.
