A high-floor flat with a great view has sold for $1.4 million, breaking both local records for the most expensive four-bedroom flat sold and for the price of a square foot.
According to property website 99.co, a five-bedroom flat in Darts Green sold for $1.4 million last month, breaking the record for the sale of the project.
This month, a four-bedroom flat in Darts Green was sold for the same price.
According to data.gov.sg, Block 1C at Cantonment Road, where the flat is located, is one of seven 50-storey HDB blocks in Dartsling.
Located between the 46th and 48th floors, it is a high floor and has a flat size of 95 square metres, or 1023 square feet, making the transaction price approximately $1,369 per square foot.
According to 99.co, both $1.4 million and $1,369 broke the record for a four-bedroom flat resale price and square footage price.
A total of three units in Darts Green, two five-bedroom and one four-bedroom, have now changed hands for $1.4 million.
The local record for HDB resale price is held by a five-bedroom flat at SkyTerrace@Dawson in Queenstown. In July last year, the flat changed hands for $1,148,000, or about $1,079 per square foot.
