Estimates from SRX and 99.co, a real estate market trading network, show that overall HDB resale prices rose slightly by 0.6 percent month-on-month in June.
In terms of HDB apartment types, three-, four- and five-bedroom units rose between 0.4 percent and 1 percent; condominium HDB flats fell 1.1 percent.
If compared to the same period last year, HDB resale prices rose by 7.3% overall.
In terms of transaction volume, a total of 1,858 units changed hands last month, down 17.8% from the previous month and up 13.1% year-over-year.
In addition, 34 units were sold for at least a million dollars last month, the same as the previous month, accounting for 1.8% of the total number of transactions in May.
Among them, Toa Payoh and Redhill each had six, Central District five and Queenstown four. The rest of the million dollar HDB flats came from Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, Clementi, Kallang-Huang Po, Bedok, Malimberi, Jurong East and Geylang.
