Just this May, a five-bedroom flat in Block 138A of The Peak @ Toa Payoh was also sold for $1.37 million, making it the most expensive resale HDB flat sold that month.
The $1.42 million sale price of this unit in Block 139B now beats the record of $1.148 million set in July last year for a five-bedroom penthouse unit in Dawson Court, Queenstown (SkyTerrace@Dawson).
Just last month, a four-bedroom penthouse at Moh Guan Terrace in Tiong Bahru was resold for $1.5 million, the highest HDB resale price ever recorded in the region.
