Casablanca is a 478-unit condominium development located on Rosewood Drive, within walking distance of Singapore Sports School, Woodlands Civic Centre and Woodlands Regional Library. It is also a short drive from the Singapore American School, Marsiling Mall and Causeway Point.
The flat is approximately 700 metres from Woodlands MRT station, which is the interchange station for the North South Line and the Thomson-East Coast Line.
At the time of writing, there are two properties available in Casablanca for less than $5,000 per month. The lower asking price, $4,500 per month, is for a fully furnished mid-floor flat with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The other listing is a similar sized unfurnished unit, but due to its high floor location, the asking price is slightly higher at $4,600 per month.

The Rosewood Suites listing is an unfurnished ground floor unit with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The asking price for the unit is $4500 per month. Although it has the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms as the Casablanca listing, the Rosewood Suites unit is larger at 1,575 square feet, while the Casablanca unit is slightly less than 1,200 square feet.
Coco Palms is a 944-unit condominium development located in Pasir Ris Grove. Overseas Family School, Pasir Ris MRT station, White Sands, Elias Shopping Centre and the upcoming Pasir Riss Shopping Centre are all within a 1km radius of the development.
At the time of writing, Coco Palms has two properties for rent. Both are semi-private units with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although both listings are priced at $5,000 per month, one is a mid-rise unit and the other is a high-rise unit.
There are six listings at NV Residences, a 642-unit condominium development located across the road from Coco Palms. (See Map 2.) NV Residences was awarded TOP in 2013, five years before Coco Palms (awarded TOP in 2018).
The property with the lowest rent of $4,898 per month is a mid-floor unit with partial furnishings, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The listing with the highest asking price of $4,950 per month is a fully furnished unit with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. However, this slightly larger unit is located on a lower floor.

Tenants looking for a balance between proximity to the International School and other amenities should consider The Greenwich, a 319-unit mixed-use commercial and residential development located on Seletar Road, which was awarded a TOP in 2014.
The Greenwich V is the retail component of the mixed-use commercial and residential development, of which CS Fresh is a significant tenant. Other nearby amenities include Seletar Shopping Centre and Fernvale Light Rail Station. The French International School is located within a 2km radius.
The only property available at The Greenwich is an unfurnished unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The asking price for this high rise flat is $4800 per month.
Parc Oasis is a 950-unit condominium development located across the road from Chinese Garden MRT station. Other amenities within a 1km radius include the Canadian International School (Lakeside Campus), Yuhua Village Market and Food Centre, Jurong Lake, Jurong East Stadium and the Pan Island Expressway.)
At the time of writing, Parc Oasis has two rental properties available. Both are fully furnished units with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One is a high rise unit asking $4800 per month, while the other is a low rise unit asking $5000 per month.
The Mayfair is located across the road from Parc Oasis. This condominium project has 452 units and was awarded TOP in 2000, making it six years younger than Parc Oasis (TOP 1994). However, The Mayfair is a longer walk from Chinese Garden MRT station.
At the time of writing, there is a listing for a flat with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on The Mayfair. This high-rise flat has some home furnishings and is asking $5,000 per month.
