As at 5pm on 9 April 2023, 340 units, or 53% of the total 638 units, had been sold at an average price of S$2,465 per square foot.

About 90% of the purchasers were Singaporeans, with the remaining 10% being Singapore Permanent Residents and expatriates from countries such as China, Malaysia and the United States.
