SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Leedon Green set a record for the highest price per square foot for the project during the week of February 10 to 18. This freehold project has regularly ranked number one since its launch over three years ago.
This time, Leedon Green set a new all-time high price per square foot of S$3,387 when a 1,496 square foot four-bedroom unit on the sixth floor was sold for S$5.07 million on February 17.
The previous record was set by the sale of a 1,356 sq ft three-bedroom unit on the tenth floor for S$4.45 million (S$3,282 per sq ft) on January 9.
Leedon Green is a joint development between MCL Land and Yanlord Land Group. The 638-unit development occupies a prime freehold site in Leedon Heights, Post 10. The entire development consists of seven 12-storey blocks.
The development is located in a prime location in the Farrer Road area, close to upscale neighbourhoods and prime townhouse (GCB) areas such as Cornwall Gardens, Gallop Road/Wollerton Park, and Holland Park.
It is also close to Holland Village's many dining options and entertainment venues, as well as the Circle Line Holland Village underground station.
Of the outstanding developments in the Farrer Road/Holland Road area, Leedon Green has the highest average selling price of approximately S$2,838 per square foot, compared to nearby new developments such as Wilshire Residences (S$2,724 per square foot) and Hyll on Holland (S$2,699 per square foot).
