Three local residential lots for developers to apply

Abstract: The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing Development Board (HDB) have put up three residential lots on the sales list for developers to apply for under the government's land sale program later this year.

The URA and HDB jointly issued a statement saying that the three 99-year lease lots are located on Clementi 1 Road, Jalan Tengbuk in the Tanjung Katong area and Singah Alley in the Bukit Panjang area.

Among them, the lots in Clementi 1 Road and Jalandenbosu can be built as private condominiums, while the lot in Sinjarang can be built as executive condominiums. A total of approximately 1,625 residential units can be built on the three lots.
