Property developers Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments have won a joint tender for an executive condominium lot in Tengah Newtown for $348.5 million.
According to a notice issued by the Housing and Development Board (HDB), the lot is located in Tin Yuen Lane and has a land area of 16,441 square metres, with a capacity to build 495 flats.
