Data from the Urban Renewal Authority shows that when executive condominiums are included, 1,055 new private homes were sold in May, up 16 percent month-on-month.
Developers launched a total of 1,595 private residential units last month.
Among them, The Reserve Residences, a new private housing project in Bukit Timah, was the most popular, with 523 units sold at a median price of $2,461 per square foot.
